Q: Is the Lawn Colorant you use safe?
A: Yes. Our Lawn Colorant is a quick drying water soluble material which is non-toxic and biodegradable. In fact if you are still
concerned drop us an e-mail and we will send you a copy of the MSDS for review.

Q: How long does the lawn Colorant take to dry?
A: Between 30 minutes and 1 hour under warm conditions, cooler climates will require longer drying time.

Q: Can I walk on the Dyed surface while drying?
A: No. It is recommended that the Colorant dries completely before walking on the surface.

Q: Can my pets walk on the Dyed surface?
A: Once dry pets and children are free to walk onto the surface.

Q: Does the Lawn Colorant affect dormant lawns?
A: No. This is simply a lawn Colorant and will not affect the soil or the plant roots in any way.  

Q: Can I or my gardener mow the lawn as it begins to grow?
A: Absolutely. Once the grass begins to grow again simply mow the lawn and the lawn Colorant will disappear, leaving the natural
beauty springtime offers.

Q: Does the Lawn Colorant work on dirt?
A: Yes, but it is more difficult to apply and bare areas cannot be guaranteed due to the fact soil can be displaced, thus affecting the
overall appearance.  In addition we are currently experimenting with products designed to apply to dirt with greator effectiveness.

Q: How long does it take to Colorant the average 1,000 sq ft lawn?
A: It varies.  In most cases from start to finish it takes about 4 hours. This includes all of the necessary prep work needed to
obtain a premiere result. Additionally we do not leave the job site until the lawn is properly dried and inspected for Quality Control.

Q: How long does the Lawn Colorant last?
A: Manufacturer information states the material will last up to 3 months, however our experience tells us that the average lifespan
of 1or 2 coats on a grass surface will last between 3 and 5 months. This is based on environmental conditions as well as surface
conditions.

Q: What happens when it starts to fade or degrade?
A: The most common side effect with all of these products is that it may began to turn a bluish tint. If and when this occurs it is
time to resurface the lawn to give it a fresh look.

Q: Your competition appears to offer incredible pricing with caveats for this and that.  How does your pricing differ compared to
your competition?
A: Our pricing is based on a time and material basis. Each job is reviewed and a detailed explanation of charges are then proposed.
For larger scale or municipal projects we present a detailed proposal explaining our charges and how we arrived at them.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes, but understand our guarantee is limited to our professional services only and will not apply to bare dirt or any dirt
applications which may be affected by storm water runoff, traffic activity as a result of vehicles, bicycles, foot traffic both human
and animal.

Q: If the Lawn Colorant lands on concrete surfaces will it stain that surface permanently?
A: Yes, if the Colorant is not caught quickly it can stain a surface for a number of months. However Insta-Green Technicians
have on standby water and sponges needed to immediately remove any residue discovered during and after spraying of surfaces.
When caught in time the Lawn Colorant poses no staining issues.

Q: Are your services insured or bonded?
A: Bonded no, insured yes. AECI the parent company maintains General Liability, Error and Omissions, Pollution Control
insurance in excess of 1.9 million dollars. Our vehicles are also insured, and our Employees are also insured as well.

Q: What is the owners background and should trust be an issue.
A:  The owner of both AECI and Insta-Green USA has been in business for over thirty years.  Businesses have included a
landscape maintenance service as well as the Environmental Consulting firm currently owned. The owners reputation has been
earned by both trust and quality services. AECI is a registered corporation within the state of CA. In addition the owner of the
company is also registered with the State of California as a Registered Environmental Assessor. Additionally the owner is
registered with the State of California as a Trauma Scene Practitioner.

Trust and quality in our services is not an issue, but simply a goal to maintain.
